How long is your Warranty?
All our products come with a standard one year warranty on vulnerable parts. As well, we will provide 1% quantity Vulnerable parts along with the container.
What is your payment method?
T/T (30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment), Western Union, Money Gram, DP, LC.
What is your MOQ?
Accept sample order or test order. General order: 1*20GP or 40GP, 40HQ mixed container.
How long is your lead time?
Full container: 30 days after receiving deposit. LFC container: 7~25 days depends on quantity.
Do you offer samples available?
Yes, we can provide sample, but the cost of the sample is paid by the customer. If you have the next mass production order, we can deduct the cost of the sample.
What grade of stainless steel do you use on the machine?
Normally we use SS201 for the machine main body and front side. Some parts we use SS304.
